摘 要:采用了三片偏心方向相距120°摆线轮新型传动结构的三片摆线轮针摆传动减速机,可增加转臂轴承的尺寸,也使该减速机传递的功率比同种机型两片摆线减速机传递功率增大。文中主要是利用解析法对三片摆线减速机的受力进行分析,再利用力学计算结果对三片摆线轮针摆传动减速机齿轮强度进行计算。并与同种机型两片轮摆线减速机的摆线轮受力进行比较。The new typed transmission structure of the cycloidal gear with its three pieces set apart in the eccentric direction of 120 ° was being adopted for the three pieced cycloidal gear needle cycloid transmission reducer, the dimension of bearing for the rotary arm can be increased, and the transmission power of this reducer can be enlarged as well while compared with the same typed two pieced cycloidal gear reducer. Analytical method was utilized main- ly in this paper to carrying out analysis on the force bearing conditions of the three pieced cycloidal gear reducer, and using the result of mechanics calculation to calculate the strength of gear of the needle cycloid transmission reducer with the three pieced cycloidal gear. A comparison was made on force bearing conditions of the cycloidal gear with the same typed two pieced gear cycloidal reducer.
