摘　　要：提出了一种动态聚类统计分析方法,该方法融合了集对理论中的多元联系数的不确定性和聚类分析的思想,通过计算模糊相似矩阵和传递闭包,选取进行模糊聚类,并可针对不确定值的变化分析对其进行动态调整。将该方法应用于高校相近专业课程的集对聚类,按照教师工作量均衡的原则,构建了高校相近专业师资配置优化模型,给出了一套师资优化策略,依照动态调整的原则对各相近专业的师资进行整合,达到高校相近专业师资共享的目的。A kind of new method for dynamic cluster statistic analysis is put forward, which syncretize the un-certain and cluster analysis of the multi-element connection number in set pair theory. In this method, by computing the fuzzy similar matrices and transitive closure, fuzzy cluster is done with 2. The cluster result is adjusted dynamically according to the change of the un-certain value. It cluster courses of similar speciality in college by this method. According to the tenet of equiangular workload, and the optimized model of teachers configureabout similar speciality is set up in college, a kind of teachers optimized strategy is put forward. In accordance with the tenet of dynamic adjusting, conform the teachers of similar speciality in college, so that the teachers are shared in college.
