摘　　要：从我国小城镇信息化建设的现状出发,以开源软件和Portal技术为支撑,探讨了个性化服务、门户技术和信息集成技术在小城镇信息化建设中的应用。结合实际案例,利用开源Portal产品uPortal搭建了小城镇信息化集成平台,最终形成小城镇信息门户网站,实现了小城镇信息的集成和管理,为小城镇的信息化建设提供了一条新的途径。Firstly, the development status ofinformationization construction of small towns in our country is analyzed. Then, by researching the latest open-source portal software uPortal, the application of personalized service, portal technique and information integration technique in informationization construction of small towns are discussed. At last, the design and realization of the information integration platform and a portal website of small towns, which achieve the management and sharing of information in small towns, are presented.
