摘  要:空气钻井技术可以大幅度提高坚硬地层的钻井速度,但应用在产层时容易造成井下燃爆,致使钻具损坏。分析了井下燃爆发生的原因后,提出使用氮气钻井技术是解决井下燃爆问题的最简单、最普遍的方法。介绍了氮气钻井施工所需要的空压机、制氮机、增压机、旋转防喷器等设备及其功能;通过普光202-1井的氮气钻井试验,分析了该井的施工工艺、流程及施工过程。氮气钻井技术的成功应用表明:氮气钻井不仅有效解决了井下燃爆问题,提高了机械钻速(5倍以上),还减少了钻头使用数量,提高了钻井时效,具有良好的应用前景。Air drilling technology may raise drilling velocity in hard formation,but is easy to cause underground explosion leading to drill tool damage.After analyzing the reason of underground explosion,it is put forward that using nitrogen drilling technology is the most simple and universal method for solving that problem.The equipments needed in nitrogen drilling construction such as compressor,nitrogen machine,booster compressor,rotary blowout prevention machine,and so on and their functions are introduced.Meanwhile,construction technology,flow and process of Puguang202-1 are analyzed by nitrogen drilling test in the said well.The successful application of nitrogen drilling technology shows that nitrogen drilling,which has good application prospect,not only solves underground explosion prevention problem efficiently,but also improves drilling aging by increasing mechanical drilling speed by 5 times above and reducing quantities of drilling bit.
