摘 要:套管腐蚀问题严重制约着中原油田的发展。通过套管腐蚀调查与腐蚀机理研究发现,中原油田注水井套管普遍存在严重内腐蚀,SRB细菌是腐蚀的主要影响因素。油井套管内腐蚀较轻,其中HCO3-在油井套管内腐蚀因素中占主要地位。针对造成套管内外腐蚀的主要原因,研究了套管内腐蚀控制技术。对于油井套管内腐蚀,研制了GHJ高效油井缓蚀剂及固体缓蚀剂;对于注水井套管内腐蚀,研究了高pH值注入水定期洗井技术与环空保护液XHK-1、XHK-2。现场应用证明,套管腐蚀控制技术有效地减缓了油水井腐蚀速度,改善了油水井井况,取得了明显的社会和经济效益。Corrosion of casing greatly restricts the development of Zhongyuan Oilfield.It is concluded that inner corrosion is serious in the water wells of the oilfield,as well as sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB) is the main factor of corrosion based on the investigation of casing corrosion and the research on corrosion mechanism.Inner corrosion of oil well casing is not very serious,of which HCO3-is the main factor that causes the corrosion.In view of the causes of internal and external corrosion of casing,the inner corrosion control technology is developed.Effective GHJ corrosion inhibitor of oil wells and solid corrosion inhibitor are developed to deal with the corrosion of oil wells casing.And the periodic technology of washing wells with high ph value injection water and two types of annulus protection fluid XHK-1 and XHK-2 are developed to deal with the inner corrosion of injection wells casing.On-site application shows that the control technology effectively slows down the carrion rate of oil-water wells and improves the conditions of oil-water wells.Great economic benefits and social results are obtained.
