摘  要:理论推导出BISRA AGC对于来自轧机方面的干扰不仅不能消除、而且还对其有放大作用的结论,故唐山钢铁集团有限公司冷轧薄板厂1650 mm可逆式冷轧机改进了单纯的BISRA AGC控制,采用以BISRA AGC为主、测厚仪反馈为辅的厚度闭环AGC控制系统,研究了厚度闭环AGC系统的主要问题,调节器参数的自适应控制。结果表明,控制效果良好,产品厚度偏差提高到±5μm以内。It is deduced that BISRA AGC does not only avoid disturbance from roiling mill, but also magnify it. Therefore the pure BISRA AGC is improved in 1650 mm reversible cold strip mill of Tangshan Iron & Steel Co. The thickness closed loop AGC control system is mainly dependent on BISRA AGC and assisted by thickness gauge feedback, the paper studies on the primary problem of the thickness closed loop AGC system and adaptive control of regulator parameters. And the practice illustrates that the control effect is improved obviously and the thickness deviation is controlled in ± 5 μm.
