摘　　要：Parlay/OSA API编程接口的开放特性给电信网络新业务的开发带来了方便,本文给出了基于OSA API开发WAP PUSH形式的免费手机广告的方法——FreeAd,并在Parlay网关仿真平台Ericsson NRG下完成了对该业务的设计和实现.对用户进行仿真工作具有实际意义.Conveniences are brought to the develeopment of the new telecom network services by the open programmable interfaces Parlay/OSA API. This paper presents a free mobile telephone advertisement method - FreeAd in the form of WAP PUSH which is based on the OSA API. Finally, the application of the service is designed and implemented on the fiat of Parlay gateway simulator - Ericsson NRG. It is practical for customer to do the simulation research.
