摘  要:研究了注射生物胺(多巴胺、5-羟色胺)对凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vanna mei免疫指标的影响。结果表明,注射生物胺(10-9mol.尾-1)对凡纳滨对虾血细胞数量、血淋巴酚氧化酶活力、溶菌和抗菌活力影响显著(p<0.05),而对照组各免疫指标无明显变化;在实验时间内,注射生物胺处理组各免疫指标呈明显峰值变化,血细胞数量均在3h达到最小值,血淋巴酚氧化酶活力和溶菌、抗菌活力均分别于6h时达到最大值和最小值,且多巴胺处理组各免疫指标比5-羟色胺处理组变化更明显,其中大、小颗粒细胞和血淋巴酚氧化酶活力在12h后保持稳定,总血细胞和透明细胞数量18h后趋于稳定,血淋巴溶菌和抗菌活力在24h后稳定,而且稳定后各免疫指标与对照组均无显著差异。Effects of injecting biogenic amines (dopamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine) on the immune parameters of white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei were studied. The results showed that injection of biogenic amines had significant effects on haemocyte count, phenoloxidase activity, bacteriolytic activity and antibac- terial activity of haemolymph of white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (p〈0. 05), while no significant difference of the immune parameters was observed in the control group (0.85 % NaCl). During the experiment, all immune parameters in the experimental groups changed significantly, haemocyte count decreased and became lowest at the 3^rd hour, phenoloxidase activity peaked at the 6^th hour, bacteriolytic activity and antibacterial activity of haemolymph became lowest at the 6th hour. Parameters in the experimental group with dopamine injection changed more markedly than those in the one with 5-Hydroxytryptamine injection. The counts of granular and semi-granular cells and the phenoloxidase activity became stable after 12h, the counts of hyaline cells and total haemocyte became stable after 18h, and the bacteriolytic activity and anti- bacterial activity became stabled after 24h. All parameters of the experiment groups had no marked differentia from those of the control group after they were stable.
