摘　　要：运用多时段动态定量评价模型,对哈尔滨市的畜牧资源环境与畜牧发展能力进行了多时段动态评价和历史追朔,并对19个县市资源环境变化走势进行了曲线拟合和趋势预警,分析了未来畜牧资源、环境、生产与社会经济发展之间的配置能力,提出了发展畜牧业的相应对策与建议。图3,表3,参5。Using the multi-period and dynamic evaluation model, we dynamically evaluated on animal husbandry resource and environment and the ability of husbandry development in Harbin, and investigated its history. The change of resource and environment in 19 counties and cities was simulated as curves and predicted for warning, and the ability of collocation between social development and animal husbandry resource, environment and products in the future was analyzed. Some relevant policies and suggestions for animal husbandry development were proposed.
