摘 要:随着工业化、农业化和城市化进程的发展,流域内水污染问题日渐严重,流域水污染防治已是一个热点。现以四川省乐山市龙溪河为研究对象,根据该流域的水文、污染物等特征和相关的调查资料对该流域水质进行分析计算,结果表明:龙溪河水质污染问题已经非常突出,污染较为严重。根据水环境容量模型计算出各污染物的水环境容量、最大允许排放量以及达到控制目标需削减的污染物量。并根据该流域污染源的实际情况,针对工业污染源、农业面源和城镇生活污染源的不同特点提出具体的防治对策。图4,表3,参11。Along with the development of industrialization, agriculturalization and urbanization, water pollution becomes increasingly serious in watershed, so the prevention of water pollution in watershed has become a hot issue. This paper takes the Longxi River in Sichuan Province as the researched object, analyzes the water quality in the watershed according to the characteristics of water, hydrology, pollutant and the correlated investigation. The result indicates that the water pollution in Longxi River has already become extremely serious. With the model of water environmental capacity, this paper calculates the water environmental capacity of various pollutants, the biggest permitted withdrawal and the pollutant load that must be reduced in order to achieve the controlled goal. The management countermeasures for effective control of the polluted sources from industry, agricultural non-point and residency are proposed according to the actual situation of polluted sources and their different characteristics in the area.
