涂层高铝砖耐碱性侵蚀的研究

摘　　要：在成本低廉的高铝砖表面涂刷涂层，提高了高铝砖的耐碱性侵蚀能力．介绍了涂料配方的设计、结合剂的选择，并通过显微分析、Ｘ射线衍射等手段对涂层内的镁铝尖晶石的数量和结构进行了分析研究；通过各种性能测试，结果表明。Painting on the surface of cheap high alumina bricks can make the brick's basicity resistance strenghened. This paper introduces the design of coating materials, the choice of bonding agent. The number and the structure of magnesium aluminum spinel were studied by means of analysing microstructure, X ray diffraction. The results by all kinds of tests indicate that the basicity resistance of high alumina bricks increases sharply.
