陕西关中经济区产业集群发展问题的深层次思考

摘　　要：陕西关中经济区是陕西经济最发达的区域,但与国内经济发达的地区相比,差距还很大。用产业集群的理论进行分析,可以看出产生这种状况的主要原因是陕西关中经济区产业集群发展缓慢,产业竞争力不强。因此,加快发展陕西关中经济区产业集群是提升陕西关中经济区产业竞争力,进而带动陕西经济快速发展的有效途径。发展陕西关中经济区产业集群的基本思路和对策是:转变观念;重视创新;政府引导;市场推动;培育龙头企业;延伸产业链;开展战略联盟;加强区域品牌建设等。The Guanzhong economic region is the best area of Shaanxi economy. However, compared with advanced domestic regions, it has a very long way to go. The main reason is that the industry cluster developed slowly and the competitiveness is weak. So, to speed up the industry cluster development of the Guanzhong economic region is an effective way to promote the industry competitiveness of Guanzhong economic region and propel Shaanxi economy. The train of thought and countermeasures to develop the industry cluster of the Guanzhong economy are： change the sense; attach an important to the innovation; government guidance; market promotion; foster the key enterprise; extend the industry chain; strategy union; develop the region brand and so on.
