摘 要:用加压渗流法制备开孔泡沫铝及泡沫ZL102,通过向其中填充硅橡胶的方法制备填充硅橡胶泡沫铝合金,并进行准静态和动态压缩实验,研究填充硅橡胶对泡沫铝合金压缩力学行为的影响。结果表明,在静态压缩条件下,填充硅橡胶使塑性泡沫纯铝压缩变形的塑性平台区大幅度延长,因而能有效地改善其吸能性。而对于脆性的泡沫ZL102合金,填充硅橡胶反而使其失去泡沫金属所特有的变形特征,而呈现出致密材料的特征。在动态压缩条件下,填充硅橡胶能更有效地改善脆性泡沫铝的吸能性,使其应力-应变的平台区延长、且更加平缓。Al foam and Al alloy (AlSi12) foam are made by an infiltration technology, the foam filled with silicate rubber are fabricated through infiltrating the silicate rubber into the foams, and the effects of filling with silicate rubber on the compressive mechanical behavior of the foams are investigated by means of the quasi-static and dynamic compressive tests. The results show that the plastic region of the plastic foam is largely prolonged by filling with silicate rubber under the quasi-static compressive condition, therefore the energy absorption property of the foams is well improved. However, brittle foam filled with silicate rubber loses its deformation character of metal foam and exhibits the character of dense material under the quasi-static compressive condition. Under the dynamic compressive condition, the property of absorption energy of brittle foam is improved by filling with silicate rubber, the plastic region of the stress-strain curve is extended and gentler.
