摘  要:采用L25(45)正交实验设计及分析方法,对9mm铅板进行轧制实验,考查上下轧辊直径比、压下率、导入角和轧辊转速等因素对头部翘曲的影响。结果表明,随因素水平的变化,轧件翘曲程度变化很大,极差值分别为0.63(轧辊直径比)、0.24(压下率)、0.24(轧辊转速)、0.20(导入角)。轧辊直径比对翘曲的影响最明显,其他影响因素的影响程度大致相当。实验轧机控轧9mm铅板头部翘曲的最佳工艺参数为上下轧辊直径比1∶1,压下率20%,导入角-3°,辊转速76r/min。In order to investigate the effects of factors on end curl, such as diameter ratio of upper roll to the lower one, reduction rate, angle of entrance, velocity of roll rotation, the rolling tests for plate of 9 mm Pb sheet are conducted according to the L25 (4^5) orthogonal experiment table. The results show that the curl degree is obviously varied with the level changes of technological parameters, and the maximum differences of influence degree are 0.63(the ratio of upper roll diameter and the lower roll diameter), 0.24(reduction), 0.24(velocity of roll rotation) and 0.20(angle of enterance), respectively. The ratio of roll diameter is the key effective factor on the end curl, the other factors are roughly the same. The optimal technological parameters for rolling 9mm Pb sheet with experiment mill are 1:1 roll diameter, 20 % reduction, -3°angle of entrance and 76 r/rpm roll rotation velocity.
