摘　　要：产肠毒素性大肠埃希菌是目前幼畜腹泻的主要致病因素。文章综述了在畜牧业中产肠毒素性大肠埃希菌的主要致病因子黏附素和肠毒素、EatA及其生化特性,并介绍了产肠毒素性大肠埃希菌的传统灭活苗及新型基因工程疫苗的研究进展。Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli （ETEC） strains remain a formidable cause of diarrheal disease. The paper analysed the bio-characters of the major virulence factors, such as colonization factor（k88,k99, 987p, f41）,enterotoxin（IT, ST） and EatA etc, in enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli. Then, the paper introduced the overview of the traditional vaccine and genetically engineering vaccine（genetic engineering subunit vaccine, transgenic plant vaccine, gene vaccine）.
