摘　　要：构建了一个基于TMS320C6711 DSP的视频处理系统,包括视频采集、视频编码以及码流传输,并把H.263视频编码协议成功运用于此系统上,实验结果表明该系统达到实时的编码速度,同时解码后的视频质量良好。文章对各个模块的功能和实现原理作了详细的说明,同时为了在以后工作中满足更高的要求,对此系统提出了改进方案。A video system is set up in this paper, including video collection, video encoding and bit transmission. At the same time, applying the H. 263 standard on this system successfully. The system reaches real -time performance and has good quality to the decoding video. Function description and implementation of each part, are given in this paper in detail, meanwhile a better way is given for meeting advanced requirement of this system in the latter work.
