摘　　要：介绍了Cygnal公司C8051F系列完全集成的混合信号片上系统型MCU芯片-C8051F020高速、高性能、外设强和集成化程度高的优越性能,并结合该芯片在飞机供油系统油量数据采集和处理中的应用实例,对以该芯片构成的雷达液位测量仪中数字信号处理的软件实现和部分外围电路作了相应介绍。The paper presents a fully integrated mixed - signal System - on - a - Chip MCUs C8051 F020 made in America by Cygnal Company with high speed and performance,highlighted features of peripherals,high - integration. Besides, by the example of data acquisition and processing system of Radar Liquid Level Measurement System on aircraft fuel system, this paper also places emphasis on applications and a part of peripherals with Cygnal MCU C8051F020.
