摘 要:提出了一种新颖的永磁同步电机,它将外转子式旋转永磁同步电机与盘式永磁同步电机结合起来,充分利用了电机内部的有效空间,提高了电机的电磁转矩与体积比。介绍了复合永磁同步电机的原理和样机设计,用有限元方法分析了这一结构形式电机的电磁场和电磁转矩。与相同外形尺寸下的外转子式旋转永磁同步电机进行了对比,分析了复合永磁同步电机的优缺点。样机的试验结果证明了电机设计的合理性。A novel permanent magnet synchronous motor was introduced. It combined the external-rotor permanent magnet motor with the disk-type permanent magnet motor. This structural type made full use of the inner space of motor and increased the ratio of electromagnetic torque by volume. The principle of compound permanent magnet synchronous motor and the design' s course of model machine was firstly narrated. Then the electromagnetic field and torque of motor were analyzed with finite element method. Compared with the external-rotor permanent magnet motor in same size, the advantage and disadvantage of compound permanent magnet synchronous motor were presented. Finally, the results of experiment show that the design of motor is reasonable.
