摘　　要：采用单片机H8/3687N开发了络筒机专用变频器,对国内仍大量使用的老式络筒机进行了技术改造。在对络筒工艺进行分析的基础上,设计开发了变频器硬件和软件。该变频器具有结构简单、成本低等特点。试验结果表明,该装置能够提高老式设备的生产效率,降低成本。Chip microcomputer is used to develop a special frequency convertor, which is intended to technically improve the old - styled high speed cone winder massively used by domestic textile production enterprises. Based on the analysis of the technology of cone winding, the hardware and software of the inverter are designed and developed. This inverter is structurally simple and low in cost. And the test result indicates that this device can increase production efficiency of the old equipment and reduce cost.
