摘　　要：目的探讨介入性超声诊治盆腔囊性包块的价值。方法86例患者共92个囊性包块在超声引导下行穿刺、抽液、注药等诊治。结果单纯囊肿49例,均1次性治愈;内膜样囊肿30例,28例1次性治愈,2例2次性治愈;7例盆腔局限性脓肿,1次性治愈1例,2次性治愈3例,3次性治愈3例;总穿刺治愈率100%。结论超声引导介入诊断与治疗盆腔囊性包块是一种高效、安全的微创诊疗方法,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To study the clinical value of interventional ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of pelvic cystic mass. Methods Ninty- two pelvic cystic masses in 86 cases were diagnosed and treated through puncture by ultrasound guidance. Results Forty- nine cases of simple cyst were cured by one time, and 28 of 30 cases of intimal cyst were cured by one time, while 2 of them were cured by two times.Among the 7 cases of localized abscess in pelvic one was cured by one time, 3 by two times and 3 by three times. The total cure rates were 100%. Conclusion The interventional ultrasound has high clinic value in diagnosis and treatment of pelvic cystic lesions.
