摘  要:提出了基于离散逼近的二维轮廓偏置计算方法.边界轮廓的离散逼近不仅要满足边界的逼近精度,而且产生的偏置折线要求满足对偏置曲线的逼近精度.在分析了相邻原始曲线交点及其偏置点与偏置曲线交点的几何关系后,提出了相邻偏置曲线裁剪求交的新算法,减少了求交计算量.同时提出了一种基于干涉判别的环分类准则。Based on the discrete approximation of a profile with a polygon, a 2 D profile offset algorithm is proposed. the approximation polygon to the initial profile and the corresponding offset polygon to the offset profile are both within the specified tolerance. In order to reduce the amount of the calculating work, a new algorithm for tailoring two intersecting offset curves is developed on the basis of the geometric relationship among the intersection of the adjacent initial curves, its two corresponding offset points and the intersection of the offset curves. Also, a new loop classifying criterion based on the interference level of the initial profile with the offsetting circle is presented, which is highly reliable as compared with commonly used ones.
