文昌鸡蛋品质性状与微卫星标记的关联分析

摘　　要：对120只55周龄文昌鸡进行了蛋品质的测定,测定的8个性状为:蛋重、蛋壳重、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位、蛋形指数、蛋黄重、蛋黄颜色。通过统计软件,对各蛋品质性状进行了相关分析,并通过选用20对微卫星标记,分析蛋品质性状的遗传参数,筛选出了与哈氏单位、蛋重、蛋壳强度有关的分子遗传标记。结果表明:①蛋品质大多数性状间相关性不显著;②文昌鸡群体内遗传差异较大,保留着丰富的遗传多样性;③位于2号染色体的标记ADL0176、MCW0239和4号染色体的标记MCW0240与55周龄哈氏单位呈显著相关;位于4号染色体的标记LEI0119与55周龄蛋重相关;位于Z染色体的标记MCW0246和LEI0229与55周龄蛋壳强度呈显著相关。本研究结果为文昌鸡的蛋品质的间接选择提供理论依据,同时也为哈氏单位、蛋壳强度、蛋重的QTL定位和标记辅助选择提供理论依据。The egg quality traits including egg weight, shell weight, shell thickness, shell strength, haugh unit, egg shape index, yolk weight, yolk color were measured in 120 Wenchang chicken individuals at the age of 55 weeks. Based on the polymorphisms of 20 microsatellite markers and data generated from the experiment, the relationships between microsatellite loci and haugh unit, egg weight, shell strength were analyzed. The results showed that the correlations between haugh unit at 55 weeks and ADL0176, MCW0239, MCW0240 were significant （P〈 0.05）. The correlation between egg weight at 55 weeks and LEI0119 was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Another two significant correlations were found： for MCW246, LEI0229 and egg shell strength at 55 weeks （P〈0.05）. The results provided by this research can be used in selecting the egg quality of Wenchang chicken indirectly and also can prodive a gist of theory for orientation of QTLs of haugh unit, egg weight, shell strength.
