摘　　要：从MAPGIS和数据转换的概念和特点出发,讨论了MAPGIS中数据转换的重要性,文中主要论述了MAPGIS与AUTOCAD、ARC/INFO、MAPINFO之间传统的数据转换方法,详细介绍了其转换过程及注意要点,最后总结了进行数据转换时一般需要的几个步骤,并提出了存在的一些问题及展望。This paper starts with the conceptions and the features of MAPGIS and data transfer, discussed the importance of data transfer in MAPGIS. Also mainly discussed the methods of data transfer between MAPGIS, AUTOCAD, ARE ／ INFO and MAPINFO, particular introduced the transfer process and the key points of it. In the end, it＇s concluded several essential steps of data transfer process, provide some problems existent in it and look forward to the future.
