球墨铸铁断口纵剖面线的分形与维谱研究

摘　　要：应用Ｓ６００数字图像处理系统提取球墨铸铁断口纵剖面线，根据经典的Ｍａｎｄｅｌｂｒｏｔ分形模型和Ｕｎｄｅｒｗｏｏｄ修正分形模型对其分形特性进行了研究；为了揭示更丰富的断口特征信息，提出了纵剖面线分维谱模型及有关特征参数，在全尺度范围内研究了三种球墨铸铁断口纵剖面线分形分布的统计规律。The fracture profile of ductile iron has been extracted by means of an S 600 digital image processing system and its fractal characteristics are studied with a classical Mandelbrot fractal model and an Underwood modified fractal model. ln order to reveal more characteristic information of the fracture , a fractal dimension spectrum model and some characteristic paramteters are proposed. The statistical distribution of the fractal dimension of fracture profile in all scale range of three types of ductile iron are investigated.
