摘  要:选用东农42(高蛋白品种)、合丰25(中间型品种)、东农46(高油品种)3个基因型大豆品种作为试验材料,采用盆栽,在施N和K_2O各为0.033 g kg^(-1)土壤基础上,设P1、P2、P3、P4 4个P处理(分别施P_2O_5O、0.033、0.067、0.100 g kg^(-1)土壤),采用SDS-PAGE电泳法研究了不同磷素水平对大豆籽粒7S和11S球蛋白亚基积累和含量的影响,结果表明:不同品种不同处理间各种亚基出现后含量都是逐渐增加的,花后70 d达到最高峰,成熟期又开始下降。同一品种不同处理间东农42和合丰25两个品种7S、11S球蛋白各种亚基及球蛋白含量以P3处理含量最高,东农46以P2处理含量最高;同一处理不同品种间7S、11S球蛋白各种亚基及球蛋白含量始终是东农42最高,东农46含量最低,合丰25处于二者之间。施磷对3个大豆品种7S和11S球蛋白和亚基含量有影响,适宜的施磷量有利于提高球蛋白和亚基的含量。Phosphorous plays an important part in the formation of glutenin subunits. The objective of the study was to investigate the effect of phosphorus on accumulation and content of glutenin 7S and llS in different soybean varieties. Three widely distributed soybean genotypes in Heilongjiang Province, namely Dongnong 42 (hlgh-protein), Dongnong 46 (high-oil) and Hefeng 25 (mid-type) were used. The soybeans were planted in pots and fertilized with 0. 033 g N kg^-1 soil and 0. 033 g K2O kg^-1 soil. Four levels of phosphorous treatments,0,0. 033,0. 067,0. 100 g P2O5 kg^-1 soil (denote as P1 ,P2, P3 and P4)were designed. The glutenin subunits, 7S and 11S were extracted and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The results showed that the contents of 7S and 11S subunits gradually increased,reached the peak values at 70 days after flowering and decreased at maturity. Each subunit content in 7S and llS fractions as well as the glutenin contents reached their highest value under P3 treatment for Dongnong 42 and Hefeng 25;Under the same P treatment, the highest value of subunits contents of 7S and 11S and glutenin appeared in Dongnong 42,the lowest was in Dongnong 46. The results suggested that phosphorous treatment has an effect on the content of 7S and llS as well as different subunits,and appropriate phosphorous treatment is beneficial to improve glutenin and subunits contents.
