摘　　要：通过分析珠海发电厂1号汽轮发电机组真空系统故障发生的原因,采用氦质谱泄漏检漏技术,及时有效地查明机组真空系统漏点位置,消除漏点,保障了机组安全经济运行。　By analyzing the cause of the vacuum system failure of No.1 turbo generator set in Zhuhai power plant,the helium mass spectrum leakage detecting technology was adopted.Its leakage point was found out promptly and effectively and the trouble of leakage was cheared.It ensured the units safe economic operstion.
