摘　　要：目的:分析《军队合理医疗药品目录》的实施对解放军总医院门诊用药的影响。方法:收集解放军总医院门诊药房2004年和2005年上半年药物利用的数据,包括药品种类、数量、使用频度、日均费用、药品总费用、处方量和单张处方金额等,分析其变化趋势。结果:自2004年8月《军队合理医疗药品目录》实施以来,处方量和单张处方金额分别增长了6.6%和72.3%。7类药品(包括消化系统用药、神经系统用药、激素类及其有关药物等)的用药频度仅增长了27.9%,但是它们的消耗金额增长了172.0%。这种变化的主要原因是一些具有更好疗效和更高价格的药品开始用于军队公费医疗。结论:《军队合理医疗药品目录》使解放军总医院门诊药房军人可使用的药物品种增加,药品档次提高,药品支出增长。　Objective：To analyze the effect of implementation of ＂drug catalogue for military reasonable medical treatment＂ on utilization of drugs in out-patient pharmacy of Chinese PLA General Hospital.Methods：Data of drug utilization in the first half year of 2004 and 2005 were collected from out-patient pharmacy of this hospital.Changes of variety,quantity,use frequency,average daily cost and total cost of drugs,quantity of prescriptions and cost of a single prescription were analyzed.Results：Since ＂drug catalogue for military reasonable medical treatment＂ was implemented in August 2004,the quantity of prescriptions and cost of a single prescription have increased by 6.6% and 72.3%,respectively.Consumption sum of 7 kinds of drugs,such as drugs for digestive system,drugs for nervous system and hormone drugs,rose by 172.0%,while their DDDs only rose by 27.9%.The main reason of this change was that some drugs with good efficacy and high price were used in military free medical service.Conclusion：The varieties of drugs that can be used and the cost of drugs have been increased since ＂drug catalogue for military reasonable medical treatment＂ was implemented in this hospital.
