红水河流域少数民族传统体育的现状及发展的思路

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对红水河流域11个少数民族传统体育进行统计分析。结果表明:红水河流域少数民族传统体育项目繁多,内容丰富多彩,具有民族性、地域性、竞技性、娱乐性、表演健身性以及广泛的群众性等特点。为弘扬和发展红水河流域少数民族传统体育,提出红水河流域少数民族传统体育发展的对策,旨在为有关部门制定民族体育文化政策,挖掘整理并推广民族体育活动提供参考依据。Through the research methods of literature study,questionnaire investigation,sport statistics and analysis, the traditional sport of the ethnic communities in the Hongshui River area was studied. It was shown that the traditional sport of the ethnic communities in the Hongshui River area were colorful and various, full with ethnic, geographic,athletic, entertaining, bodybuilding features. In this paper, countermeasures for its development were proposed.
