摘 要:针对分类编码系统的信息容量和码位相关性特性,基于Shannon信息论,从信息量的角度出发,建立了分类编码系统的信息含量模型,提出分类编码条件熵、相对熵、信息剩余度等概念。基于编码任意两个码位相关程度的大小,建立了判断编码优劣的方法,并提出码位合并或调整的定量准则,给出了相应的算法,在扩大编码系统信息量,优化编码结构,减少冗余方面为企业预编码和改进编码提供了依据和方法。Aiming at information capacity and redundancy of Product and Part Classification Coding System (PPCCS), based on C. E. Shannon's information theory, a model of information amount for PPCCS was established, and the concepts of conditional entropy, relative entropy as well as degree of coding redundancy for PPCCS were defined from the perspective of information. Quantitative rules to judge and improve codes, including the merger and adjustment of the codes, based on the degree of association between every two bits, and the corresponding algorithms were proposed. The proposed method enabled enterprises to expand PPCCS's information capacity, optimize codes" structure, and decrease PPCC's redundancy in pre-coding and codes improvement for enterprises.
