摘  要:针对我国飞机制造中互换协调问题这个难点,提出了基于并行工程的关键特性定义与管理过程的计划-执行-检查-处理循环。该方法贯穿于飞机设计制造全过程,从产品制造需求定义顶级关键特性开始,在并行工程早期阶段依据制造树进行关键特性的分解传递,建立完整的关键特性树,为每个工位建立完善的标准工艺,在制造中执行标准工艺,对关键特性进行统计过程控制,并通过计划-执行-检查-处理循环的七个步骤完善标准工艺,达到在制造阶段控制关键特性并使之稳定的目的,从而较好地解决互换协调问题。最后通过方向舵与后缘舱实例对该方法进行了说明。To deal with interchange & coordination problem in aircraft manufacturing, a Plan-Do-Check-Act (PD- CA) cycle on key characteristics definition and management process based on concurrent engineering was put forward. This cycle was applied in the whole process of aircraft manufacturing. It began from defining top level key characteristics according to production manufacturing requirement. Key characteristics were flowed down according to the manufacturing tree at early stage of concurrent engineering. A complete key characteristics tree was set up, and perfect standard process was established for each building position. The standard process was implemented in product manufacturing, and key characteristics were controlled in Statistics Process Control (SPC), and the standard process was perfected through 7 steps of PDCA cycle. It could control key characteristics in manufacturing process and solve the problem of interchange and coordination. To explain the method, an example of rudder and trailing edge cabin of aircraft was provided.
