摘 要:为了对辛硫磷在玉米上的残留进行监测,研究了快速测定辛硫磷残留的方法。样品经石油醚提取,经中性氧化铝和活性炭混合层析柱净化后,用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器在280nm波长下进行测定。试验结果表明:辛硫磷在0.1~10.0mg/kg范围内回归方程为y=127527x-19223,相关系数为0.9974,方法的最低检出浓度为2×10-2mg/kg,平均回收率为89.7%~98.4%,变异系数为0.57%~4.26%。该分析方法快速、准确、灵敏,重现性好,适合玉米中辛硫磷残留量的检测。Research of phoxim residue determination in corn was conducted using high performance liquid chromatograph. Residue of phoxim were extracted from samples with petroleum ether,cleaning-up was performed on a mixed column of neutral alumina and activated carbon. The target compound in samples were determined by HPLC with UV detector at wavelength 280nm. The results showed that the linear range of phoxim was 0.1~10.0mg/kg and regression equation was y=109367x+21370(r=0.997 4). The limit of quantification was 0.02 mg/kg in corn..The average recoveries of phoxim from corn spiked with 0.02、0.1、1.0 mg/kg were 89.7%~98.4%,The coefficients of variation were 0.57% ~ 4.26%.
