摘　　要：资本主义政治文明成果是人类文明成果的重要组成部分,其中很多的经验做法具有人类社会发展的一般共性。社会主义制度作为人类社会发展的一个阶段,必然受人类社会发展的一般共性的支配。因此,借鉴和吸收西方资本主义政治文明就十分必要。要吸收借鉴资本主义有益的民主原则、民主形式、民主方法;吸收借鉴资本主义国家行政管理的成功经验;吸收借鉴西方资本主义国家法制建设的有益做法;吸收借鉴世界各国反腐倡廉的有效措施。The capitalist political civilization is an important component of human civilization. Much of the experience and practice is common development of human society in general. The socialist system, as a stage of development of human society, is bound by it, so it is essential to learn from Western capitalist political civilization. The author spreads out his thoughts on drawing useful democratic principles, successful experience of state administration and law construction and anti-corruption measures and put on the basic principles during drawing on capitalist political civilization.
