摘　　要：IP网络的服务质量问题是业界研究的热点,资源和准入控制子系统(Resource and Admission Control Sub-sys-tem,RACS)使得端到端的IP服务质量保证变得可能.Gq’接口是为RACS子系统中应用层功能实体(Application Function entity,AF)与资源管理实体业务策略决策功能(Service-based Policy Decision Function entity,SPDF)之间的信息交互而定义,文章提出了一种基于Diameter协议的Gq’接口服务器端实现方案,并测试表明该方案有效可行.Study on QoS （Quahty of Service） of IP network had been a hot research field. It was possible to guarantee the end-to-end QoS with RACS. Gq＇ was designed to imp signal transmission between AF and SPDF in RACS. Based on Diameter protocol, a realization scheme of Gq＇ interface on server had been presented in this paper. A test results showed that this scheme was effective and adoptable.
