鹤壁市城镇化发展及其模式研究

摘　　要：加快城镇化发展是鹤壁市发展战略之一。目前,虽然鹤壁市城镇化水平逐年稳步提高,但城镇化水平总体不够高,区域差异明显。城镇化发展的主要问题集中在城镇化滞后于工业化、城市吸纳功能较弱、城市竞争力偏弱、土地资源供需矛盾日益突出等方面。根据我国城镇化发展的战略思想,提出了结合鹤壁市的实际情况的三种城镇化发展模式。Speeding up the urbanization development is one of Hebi＇s developmental strategies. Although Hebi urbanization level rises year by year with steady steps at present, the urbanization level still is low as a whole, and region differences are obvious. The problems maily concentrates on the urbanization lag behind the industrialization, the city weak buying in function, the weak city competitive power, the contradictory between land resource supply and demand and so on. According to our country urbanization development strategy we proposed three kinds of urbanization development pattern.
