摘　　要：在司法实践中,由于法律规定的不甚完善和某些执法人员对律师工作存在着不适当的看法,律师在辩护的过程中困难重重。因此,很多律师不愿干辩护业务,律师辩护陷入了困境。本文分析了上述问题的原因并提出了自己的一些建议。In judicial practice, because the law is not consummate and some law enforcement officials works to attorney has not the suitable view, attorney is beset with difficulties in the defense process. Therefore, many attorneys were not willing to do the defense service, attorney defend fell into the difficult position. This article analyzes the reasons for the guestions above and puts forward some p roposals
