摘  要:常规完井与热采完井的固井有差异,在常规井上注汽,套管的受力变形比热采井复杂。为保证套管安全,建立了准确描述套管受力变形的数学模型。在重点分析套管综合受力的基础上,结合现场经验,推导出了常规井注汽井口套升计算公式。经现场验证,预测值与实际测量值较吻合,此公式对设计注汽补偿器长度、保证注汽安全具有指导意义。It is difficult to inject steam into cold production wells because of casing deformation resulting from well cementation difference between cold production and thermal production. A mathematical model to describe casing deformation accurately has been built to ensure casing security. On the basis of casing bearer analysis and field experience, this paper gives casing elongation calculation formula of cold production wells in the process of steam injection. After field application, we have found predictive value and actual measured value coincided well. This formula is very important and profitable to design compensating device and ensure steam injection security.
