摘　　要：孤岛油田的主要采油工艺是有杆抽油机井采油工艺,许多稠油井、注聚井、偏磨井等经常出现井口密封不严的问题。介绍了ZZYWWY-1型抽油机调偏抗磨井口密封装置的结构、性能以及在孤岛油田的现场应用情况。该密封装置较好地解决了目前抽油机井的井口密封问题,具有抗腐蚀、防偏磨、防断杆、密封性能好等特点。In Gudao oil field the main lifting technology is sucker-rod pumping. The problem that the wellhead device can＇t be sealed closely arises consequently on heavy oil wells, polymer injection wells and eccentrically worm wells. The ZZYWWY-1 pumping unit with setting eccentric and anti-wear function resolved the above mentioned problems, which has many fine peculiarities, such as preservation, anti-wear and preventing pumping rod breaking. This paper introduces the seal device structure and property and applied situation in Gudao oil field.
