药品市场“过票”行为成因与危害研究

摘　　要：目的:为整顿和规范我国药品市场秩序提供参考。方法:采取资料查询、现场调查、座谈讨论等方法对"过票"行为进行调查分析。结果:通过对"过票"手段的微观分析,对"过票"行为进行了定义,并系统地研究了"过票"现象,揭示了该行为的成因及危害。结论:杜绝药品市场"过票"行为有利于人民群众用药安全。OBJECTIVE： To provide references for the rectification and standardization of the order of the pharmaceutical market in China. METHODS： The ＂Guo Piao＂ behavior was analyzed by means of information inquiry, on- the- spot investigation, and informal discussion etc. RESULTS： Through micro-analysis of ＂Guo Piao＂ behavior, the definition of ＂Guo Piao＂ behavior was obtained, and the ＂Guo Piao＂ phenomenon was systematically studied, and the causes and harm of the ＂Guo Piao＂ behavior was revealed. CONCLUSION： Eradication of ＂Guo Piao＂ behavior in pharmaceutical market is in the interest of medication safety of the people.
