摘 要:目的:了解患者对医院药师工作的知晓情况,为加强医院药师与患者的联系提供方向和依据。方法:对我院门诊患者或家属进行随机现场问卷调查,将450份结果录入Excel电子表格进行分析。结果与结论:患者对医院药师具体工作性质认识不清,与患者、药师、医院等有一定的关系;医院药师应重视对临床指导用药能力的培养和提高,以便更好地与患者交流,提供更优质的服务。OBJECTIVE: To conduct a survey about patients' cognition towards hospital pharmacists' job and to provide guidance and bases for the strengthening of relationship between pharmacists and patients. METHODS: A questionnaire survey was conducted on the spot among patients or their family members in our hospital, and the survey data of 450 questionnaires were recorded in Excel electronic form and subjected to data analysis and processing. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Patients' cognition on the nature of hospital pharmacists' job is not clear, which might be related to many factors including patients themselves, pharmacists and hospital etc. Therefore, hospital pharmacists should attach great importance to the cultivation and elevation of their ability in guiding clinical rational use of drugs as well as the communication with patients so as to provide better service for the patients.
