摘　　要：目的：研究左肾静脉及其毗邻的局部解剖关系，为临床应用提供解剖学资料。方法：对21例成人尸体标本进行解剖，观测左肾静脉与下腔静脉、腹主动脉、肠系膜上动脉的毗邻关系。结果：左肾静脉长度，男（5．89±1．15）cm、女（4．84±0．47）cm；起始处外径，男（0．81±0．21）cm、女（0．88±0．15）cm；近下腔静脉处外径，男（0．93±0．19）cm、女（1．11±0．23）cm；左肾静脉与下腔静脉之间的夹角，男（69．02±8．03）°、女（69．63±12．12）°；左肾静脉汇入下腔静脉处的上缘距肠系膜上动脉根部的距离，男（0．10±0．14）cm，女（0．12±0．17）cm。结论：左肾静脉的相关解剖数据为胡桃夹综合征的病因、发病及临床治疗提供了解剖学基础。Objective：To study the opography relation between left renal vein （LRV） and its adjoining structures, so as to provide anatomic data for clinical application. Methods ：21 adult cadavers were dissected. The adjacent relations between left renal vein and inferior caval vein, abdominal aorta, superior mesenteric artery were observed and measured respectively. Results ：The length of left renal vein was （5.89± 1.15 ） cm for man and （4.84 ±0.47） cm for woman; the external diameter of left renal vein near the renal hilum was （0.81±0.21） cm for man and （0. 88 ±0.15） cm for woman, that near the inferior vena cava was （0.93 ±0.19） cm for man and （ 1.11± 0.23） cm for woman. The included angle between left renal vein and inferior vena cava was （69.02 ± 8.03） °for man and （69.63± 12.12）°for woman. The distance between left renal vein and the origin point of superior mesenteric artery was （0.10 ±0.14） cm for man and （0. 12 ±0. 17） cm for woman. Conclusion.The correlative anatomic data about left renal vein could provide reference for the study on aetiology, pathogenesis and treatment of Nutcracker Syndrome.
