摘　　要：鞍钢新1#高炉采用的高温长寿型内燃式热风炉在炉衬选材和结构设计上包括了多项先进技术,如悬链线形炉顶结构、变断面"眼睛"形燃烧室配矩形陶瓷燃烧器、独特稳定的长寿型板块式墙体结构以及高效格子砖组合技术等,有望实现1 250℃高风温和25年以上炉衬无检修的目标。　Ansteel No.1 blast furnace which adopts high temperature long life inner burning hot air furnace consists of many advanced tech-nology,such as hang chain linear shape top construction.Changing cross-section shape burning room with square ceramic burner.Stabilized long life plate block wall construction as well as high effective checked brick combination technology etc.In aspect of furnace lining selected material and construction design.Owing to taking above measures,it is prospective that can be attained 1 250 ℃ high temperature and need not repair aim during 25 years.
