低位直肠癌行保留内括约肌管扎式结肠肛管吻合术的效果

摘　　要：目的评价保留内括约肌管扎式结肠肛管吻合术治疗低位直肠癌的安全性和临床效果。方法回顾性分析该院1991-10～2005-12共208例低位直肠癌行保留内括约肌管扎式结肠肛管吻合术的临床资料。结果无手术死亡,发生吻合漏1例,吻合口狭窄9例,术后肛门功能优良率98.4%,术后5年肿瘤局部复发率12.2%,5年生存率为73.5%。结论该法操作简单易行安全可靠,减少了吻合口漏的发生,肛门功能恢复好,适用于各级医院开展。　Objective To evaluate the clinical value and safety of colo-anal anastomoses with internal sphincter preservation by using sustaining bonding method in the treatment of lower rectal cancer. Method The clinical data of 208 patints with lower rectal cancer who underwent above procedure from October, 1991 to December, 2005 were retrospectively reviewed. Results There were no death from operation. One patient encountered anastomotic leakage after operation, 9 developed anastomotic stenosis. The rate of excellent- good anal function was 98.4%, and five-year survival rate was 73.5%. Conclusion This procedure is effective and safe for treating lower rectal carcinoma, it can be used widely.
