摘　　要：介绍了无涂层电工钢冲片叠片成型后的电机定子和转子在罩式炉内进行退火和发蓝处理一次完成的新工艺及装置。实验表明,新型电工钢退火发蓝工艺和装置具有退火质量高、发蓝均匀、能耗低等特点,有效克服了粘片、氧化和冲片变形等问题。A new technology and equipment of annealing and bluing for finished stator and rotor of uncoated cold - rolled electric steel lamination in bell - type hytrogen furnace was introduced. Practice proved that it had high - quality annealing, bluing homogenize, and low energy consume. The problems such as glue, oxygenation and transfiguration of electric steel lamination were overcome availably.
