摘　　要：文章利用文献回顾的方法进行临床指南回顾,对其进行质量评价,以期对不断改进我国临床指南的制定和修订有所借鉴。The aim was to review the literatures on adaptation of guidelines and to propose a systematic approach for adaptation of guidelines. The proposed procedure is a stepwise approach to trans - contextual adaptation, include searching for existing guidelines and, quality appraisal, detailed analysis of the coherence between the evidence and the recommendations, and adaptation of the recommendations to the target context of use, taking into account the organization of the health care system and cultural context in order to provide reference for our country.
