摘　　要：在进行凡士林纱布干热灭菌时，要严格掌握灭菌温度和时间。试验表明：160℃90min、150℃120min，均可达到灭菌合格，但需令其自然降温冷却后方可开箱取用，加强行开门降温，会造成灭菌后的再污染。监测时要注意采样环境的洁净度及规范操作，否则会造成假阳性，干扰监测结果。When taking a dry heat sterilization on vaseline gauze,It must be strictly control sterile tem-perature and time. The result of this test indicated that sterilization can be made either under the tem-perature of 16O degree and lasting 9O minutes or under the temperature of 150 degree and lasting 120 minutes. But the box can not be opened at once and use the steriled vaseline gauze unless its temperature is naturelly lowered. If it was obliged opened,the vaseline gauze can be recontaminated. Attention must be paid to both the cleaning of sample background and regularized manipulation,otherwise it may cause false positive and disturb the result of surveillance,..
