摘　　要：本文通过对换档离合器摩擦片温度场分析,建立了离合器接合过程中的热传导物理模型,运用有限元求解出了摩擦片的温度分布情况及温升情况,对于离合器使用、设计具有一定的指导作用。This paper builds the physical model of heat conduction in engaging process of clutch by means of analyzing the friction disc temperature field in shift clutch. Finite element program is used to calculate the temperature distribution and temperature rise situation of friction disc .It is significant for the design and use of clutches.
