摘  要:基于种子萌发试验,测定了NaCl胁迫对辣椒种子发芽的影响及外源Ca2+处理对NaCl胁迫的缓解作用.结果表明:NaCl胁迫对辣椒种子发芽有显著的抑制作用,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增大,种子发芽率、发芽势及胚根长度下降,相对电导率增加;在NaCl胁迫下,适量的外源Ca2+对NaCl胁迫具有一定的缓解作用,可降低相对电导率,增加种子发芽率及胚根长度.Based on germination experiment,the effects of NaCl stress on the germination of pepper (Capsicum annuum L. )seeds and the mitigating action of exogenous Ca^2+ to NaC1 stress were studied. The results showed that the seed germination of pepper were strongly inhibited by NaCl stress,and the germination rate, germination vigor and radicle length all descended and the relative conductance rate increased along with the increase of NaCl concentration. An appropriate amount of exogenous Ca^2+ could alleviate the action of NaCl stress in some degree,reduce the relative conductance rate and increase the germination rate and radicle length.
