摘  要:研究了播期对河西灌区种植的6个春小麦品种(系)籽粒产量和面粉品质的影响.结果表明,早播可以提高春小麦的产量和千粒质量,但适期(3月30日)播种的籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值、面团弹性、延伸性、变形功都显著高于早播或晚播.春小麦灌浆期气象因子对产量和品质可产生不同程度的影响,其中积温、≥30℃天数、总日照时数与产量、千粒质量、变形功呈显著正相关,日均温、相对湿度与产量、千粒质量及品质性状(湿面筋含量、沉降值、变形功、延伸值)呈显著或极显著负相关.The effects of seeding date on seed yield and flour quality of six cultivars of spring wheat in the Hexi irrigation area were studied. The results showed that early seeding date produced the highest yield and 1000-grains weight. But tensibility and baking power early and late seeding date. the protein, wet gluten content,sedimentat of spring wheat under optimal seeding date ion value, paste flexibility and exwere all higher than those under The climatic factors had different effects on seed yield and flour quality of spring wheat too. The accumulated temperature, over 30 "C days,the total hours of sunshine showed a distinct positive correlation to seed yield, 1000-grains weight and part of quality characters. The daily mean temperature, relative humidity that impact the flour quality of spring wheat showed a distinct negative correlation to 1000-grains weight, grain protein and wet gluten content, sedimentation yalue, paste flexibility and extensibility and baking power from wheat anthesis to maturity.
