摘 要:对黄瓜褐斑病原菌产孢条件进行了研究,结果表明:在不同的培养基上多主棒孢霉菌产孢量存在显著差异,PDA+黄瓜叶片和Richard培养基有利于产孢,碳源麦芽糖、氮源硫酸铵和蛋白胨有利于产孢,光照和紫外线照射可促进产孢,其中在紫外线照射60-80 min时产孢量达到最大;温度为30℃,pH 5-pH 7最有利于产孢.Cucumber target leaf spot caused by the pathogen Corynespora cassiicola Wei was a serious disease in green house in Henan Province. The sporulation conditions were studied in this paper. The results showed that sporulation quantity of Corynespora cassiicola Wei on different media exited significant difference. The pathogen could sporulate a lot on the PDA+cucumber leaf and Richard media. The best carbon source and nitrogen source for sporulation were maltose and ammonium sulfate peptone respective- ly. Light and ultraviolet radiation were favourable for sporulation, especially the sporulation quantity reached to the maximum value in case of ultraviolet radiation for 60~80 min. Sporulation was promoted under the condition of 30 ℃ and pH 5-pH 7.
