不同花色小冠花花器特征及其与结实特性的相关性

摘　　要：对白色、粉色、紫红色3种不同花色小冠花(Coronilla varia L.)的花器特征、结实率、自交率及种子质量进行了观察研究,并对小冠花花器特征与结实率进行了相关分析.结果表明,3种花色小冠花中,白色花花朵最小,结实率和千粒重也相对较低,而硬实率高达57.31%.由相关分析的结果得出各性状中豆荚数/花序与结实率呈极显著正相关,而小冠花花冠直径与结实率呈显著性正相关.The florets feature, seed setting percentage,self-pollinate rate and seed quality of three variation types of crownvetchs（Coronilla varia L. ）with different flower colour were observed and measured, and the correlation of florets features of crownvetch to its seed setting rate were analyzed. The results showed that the blossom size,seed setting rate and thousand seed weight of white floret was minimum among three variation types of crownvetchs,whose hard seed rate reached to 57.31%. The correlation analysis indicated that both pods/floret ratio and corolla diameter were positively correlated to seed setting rate at significant level.
